Went in for a quick lunch bite. Wanted salad with jerk chicken breast. The breast wasn't ready yet! As this is such a staple, I was really shocked. So I opted for salad only. Adequate. Service average.
I ordered jerk chicken egg rolls and an oxtail bowl. The 2 egg rolls were generous sized, flavorful. Three dipping sauces available, server nice 2 give me 2, chili and jerk. The former sort of run of the mill, the latter pretty good. No napkins or silverware. The oxtail was tender, overall the dish a bit bland. Had to ask again for silverware and napkins. The oxtail dish should be served with a steak knife to facilitate getting meat off bone. Great setting in historic bldg, island decor, reggae soundtrack. Friendly service.
